Or Red Dead Redemption as you squares might know it as.

I've had a lot of fun playing this game, it's pretty much perfect for me. GTA style but set in the old West. Probably the best game I've played for a long time Very Happy

Thought I'd dedicate a topic to stupid wee things you've discovered by playing it (see the video thread for 2 monstrosities) and just your overall impression of the game.

Oh, and Red Dead Redemption Hates Women

Nobody in Armedillo cares if you pick a fistfight,
they generally don't draw their guns on you too - unlike theives landing.

Pushing women off balconies is considered acceptable behaviour.

I've ran into people and knocked them over in Armadillo and they've started shooting! Just run behind a lawman and watch the culprit get nailed.

Reminds me of saints row, where you can force your entire gang to dress as ninjas,
pick up a cameraman, and go make a police show wielding a chainsaw.

Saints Row 2 > GTA IV

    By far, in my opinion.

    But,

GTH > Saints Row 1 > GTA IV

    Ye' game shoppe.

Like Mcmicken and I have agreed on previously,
Saints Row is GTA if GTA had continued being a non-serious series.
    It's allot better for it.

Played Notably Bigger Equine Pilfering today on the new TV,
Out of all of my games it's the only one which didn't feel better on a bigger screen.

All we get here is that rare once in a while good game
And the rest of the time it's either (bad) licensed games or mainstream soccer/sports crap >__>

Finished the game up today, not 100% but I'm not one of these folk that needs to get everything from it to feel satisfied. Very very enjoyable game, well told story, some awesome characters. Only gripes I had with the game were certain missions at night proved impossible because you literally couldn't see shit. The amount of times I paused the game just to get a look around dark areas was ridiculous. Also some of the missions kinda jammed for me where I'd done whatever to reach the next checkpoint and nothing would happen so I had to restart it. Slightly frustrating but I'm more than happy to overlook those short comings considering this is the 1st game in years I've sat down and pretty much religiously played until it's finished.

Anyone played the Undead Nightmare DLC yet? Might give it a wee shot.

Had a good session of Red Dead today and ran into bears for the first time...

    10 of them, at once.

My only saving grace was that I had a high powered shotgun,
they were all coming from the same direction,
and I had a challenge to kill 3 with one shot anyway. Game on!
